Frequently asked questions.

Q: I'd like to become involved.  Do I need to have my own boat, canoe or kayak?

A: No!  Depending on which cleanup you're interested in participating, there are always alternative options!  Some will offer shoreline cleanups whereas others will provide boats! 

Q:  Do I need to bring my own supplies?

A:  No!  We will have everything you need - gloves, bags, sunscreen and bug spray. 

Q:  What should I wear?

A:  We recommend wearing waders or waterproof, closed shoes; long pants and long sleeved t-shirts. 

Q:  Can I just show up the day of the cleanup?

A:  If you do not pre-register, we may not have enough supplies. Please be sure to click on the register button so we are prepared to accommodate all our volunteers!

Q:  I need service hours for my school, work, organization.  Can you provide me with service hours documentation?

A:  Absolutely!  We will have documentation for all our volunteers at the end of our cleanup.
